What is CareBeacon?
CareBeacon is a HIPAA-compliant care-coordination app for home health and hospice teams. It connects clinicians, patients, and authorized family members with secure messaging, photo and document sharing, voice and video calls, care-team coordination, daily check-ins, and turn-by-turn navigation to patient visits.
How to get help
- App questions or troubleshooting: email support@carebeacon.us with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot.
- Account or login help: include the email address on your account so we can locate it quickly.
- Privacy or data requests: see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@carebeacon.us.
- Delete your account: follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.
For healthcare organizations
CareBeacon operates as a HIPAA Business Associate and enters into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with the organizations that use our service. For onboarding, billing, or partnership questions, email support@carebeacon.us and we'll route you to the right person.
